| What sets the workplace apart is that everyone –even difficult people- must cooperate in order to be productive. All of us have the potential to be difficult and all of us have our own definition of difficult behavior. This class provides tools and suggestions for confronting and diffusing behaviors that can disrupt the workplace environment interfere with productivity, and negatively impact employee morale. | |
